鹿兒島是日本主要的茶葉生產地,焙茶(Hojicha)是利用烘焙技術來製作茶葉,產出的焙茶咖啡因低,口感圓潤,小正釀造特別採用鹿兒島當地的焙茶來添加琴酒的風味,產出的琴酒不僅口感溫和,更具有琴酒獨特的風味。焙茶即烘焙過的日本煎茶,茶葉色澤金黃,帶炒焙過的香氣。由於經過較高溫的烘焙,不少茶葉中的咖啡因都已揮發。這是一支茶香十足,原料裡還加了日本松樹,非常具有日本特色的琴酒。
