Tasting Notes
A delicate red ruby. On the nose is fresh, with cherry and strawberry aromas and hints of spice and red flowers. Its smooth passage in oak gives hints of toasted oak and vanilla. This wine is complex and elegant on the palate. Very good structure, soft tannins and a complex and pleasant finish.
Serving and pairing with food
- Best served at: 15ºC / 60°F
- Decantation: uncork at least 30 minutes before serving. Ideal with fishes like salmon or tuna, semi mature chesses, also chicken and duck with creamy sauce.
